We can manage trades, gardiners, and any other services that may be required for your Holiday property. We are able to make sure any maintenance issues can be address quickly, therefore removing the possible additional damage or expense.
Obviously the more often the property is holiday let, the better return on your investment. That said, if you give enough notice, of course you can stay in your holiday property. We can assist with holiday services too!
We have a strong history in IT, and holiday management. We cover off the best / more common of the OTA's when we need to, including air b and b, booking.com etc. However, there may be cases where we use other channels for a better return on your investment.
We really have a focus on Noosa, and Sunshine Beach. So, include any properties in suburbs such as Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Peregian Beach, Marcus Beach, Castaways, and Doonan
